Rainey Institute is thrilled to share the exciting news that we have appointed Grace Andrews as our next Director of Development.  Andrews assumed her duties in September 2021.

Grace, who graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s of International Studies and BA in Women’s Studies in 2010, has spent the last eleven years serving and building a career in the AmeriCorps national service network. Service-Learning was a cornerstone of her college years and after serving twice as an AmeriCorps member post-college, she began fundraising at City Year to ensure young people would continue to have the opportunity to engage in a year of national service.

After nearly a decade working in development, Grace is excited to help grow Rainey’s impact here in Cleveland, is most looking forward to hearing from and getting to know our community.

Outside of her work, Grace lives in Chagrin Falls with her partner Kevin and their two children, Eileen (1st grade) and Jack (Kindergarten), and their dog Rex. Eileen loves art and Jack loves music. Moving forward, she will be reachable at [email protected].

We look forward to watching Grace excel in this role while growing Rainey’s impact here in Cleveland!
